90-Day Risk-Free Trial Offer


You have 90 days from delivery date to return your chair for a full refund. 

You must contact us by phone or via email before shipping the chair to us. Once you have contacted us, we will give you a Return Authorization (“RA”), send you packing instructions, and arrange the pick up.

The chair must be returned in “LIKE NEW” condition. Reconditioning and recovery fees will be charged if product is soiled, damaged, mishandled or is exempt from the offer for any of the additional exclusions and exemptions noted here.

You must return the chair to us in its original packing. Accordingly, once you’ve received the chair, and it has been installed by our team, keep the boxes and packing material. Do not allow the delivery team to remove these items from your home. If the original box and packing materials are thrown away, Inada will ship you an empty box for $150 PLUS $300 in freight charges. These freight charges are based on “dimensional weight,” and the size of the box. Again, please do not discard the box and packing materials until you are satisfied with your chair.

Retain and return all manuals, accessories, power cords and tools. If these items are missing from your shipment, we reserve the right to charge you for them.

The offer is limited to standard metropolitan delivery areas. Out-of-area deliveries may incur a return shipping charge. In some cases outbound shipping charges will apply as well. We will inform you at the time of your shipment if your home is located in an out-of-area zone.

Products shipped to (or used in) a business or shipping from a business address are not returnable under any circumstances. Any business or commercial use whatsoever will void the Trial.

Any one of the following will void the offer: negligence, misuse, abuse, electrical disturbances and power surges (you must used a high-quality surge protector), acts of nature, attachments, additions, alterations, or modifications by you, damage or malfunction whatsoever caused by an animal or pet, dropped chairs or components (including remote controls), and cosmetic changes, tears, failure of fabrics, woods, foam, pads, plastics, upholstery, exterior coverings and damages not reported at the point of delivery.

Any product not purchased directly from us does not qualify for the Trial.
